| Nice land rover 90 for sale. Truck has 157k on it with under 90k on the engine. The engine is a 200tdi with plenty of power and great mpg. This is one of the best diesel engines that land rover ever made. I have a stack of receipts from recent service work. Vehicle was legally imported from the UK, and has a NC title along with all the proper legal documentation. Truck is quite clean, with the usual scratches and dings from proper use. Transmission shifts smoothly as does the cdl. Drives nice will reach speeds of 70mph and will get 28 mpg while doing so. No known issues on the truck, it has been my daily driver for the last month and has yet to let me down. This is one of the most fun vehicles to drive. | From the first moment I owned this vehicle I have set about upgrading it from its stock condition to use it as a true Rover was intended. Because it's a military version of a Series Rover, it already has many beefier parts to begin with. And every addition I've made to it has been, at that point in time, the best upgrade - new parabolic springs & OME shocks, new wheels/tires, overdrive, lockers & upgraded axles, new radiator, suspension lift, power steering, new seats, etc.. I use this vehicle for trail riding, and street driving, and it turns heads wherever it goes. It's been to Moab twice, and most recently we did Superlift ORV Park in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Rest assured it drives like a 36 year old Series Rover truck, as any Series Rover owner knows about, and although it is not my daily driver, I drive it on an almost daily basis. | This is a LHD 1999 Defender TD5 imported from Holland some 7-8 years ago (although not by me). It is in great condition with an odometer reading 258,617 Kilometers (160,678 miles) although I cannot verify this is the actual mileage. The vehicle is in much better condition than this mileage would indicate. It is registered in California and is smog exempt. It has all the ''modcons'' of a late model Defender, including 4 wheel disc brakes, locking differential, power assisted steering and brakes, ... etc., etc.

| UPDATED 6/7: Shaun needs a new home. Solid frame, strong engine, excellent little truck that needs some love. Overdrive installed and works great. Parts range from mid-60's to '71. Diesel, right hand drive. Wiring is not pretty (sticking out from under the dash) but it works. There have been some issues with the starter (sorted now, new starter), gasket leaks (which have been repaired), and fuel pump, which works now thanks to a work-around with an electric pump assist. | For Sale: 1983 Land Rover Defender 110 CSW. Original 2.25L Diesel with 5 spd LT77 and 98k miles, RHD, blue and white, the original chassis has had the rear crossmember replaced, and the front outriggers have been patched. The bulkhead is nearly perfect except for the right side foot-well which has been patched (professionally welded). Any visible rust has been removed, rewelded, and treated with nutri-rust. It has the original paint, very straight body panels and very little corrosion. It has seat rail extensions for the driver’s seat (adds 6” of legroom). Also new: heavy duty springs and shocks, filters, and seat covers. A lot of screws, nuts and bolts were replaced with stainless steel ones. This is a nice example of an original spec 110, it would be good for a collector, or a good project vehicle for a 200tdi conversion. It is currently located in La Verkin, Ut (2 hrs from Vegas). | I listed this car before, but at that time it was still in Europe. Unfortunately I last all the emails from people who responded. Now the car is located in Rockford, MI. I can get the title here very easy (I did this with my other car already) but I think when you take it to another state you need to this again, therefor I didn't get the title yet. About the car: - 298,000km's (appr 150K mls). - no title yet but full German registration comes with it - new rear cross member - soft top - Almost new BF-Goodrich mud-terrain 265/85 R16 - NO power steering. It has some small dents and the paint is faded. Don't expect a showroom vehicle but it is a nice original and solid car. It is ready to drive but there are some (minor) issues: - some rust on bottem of doors - brake lights don't work - seats are damaged. I have a full set of seats, new take off from a 2006 Defender which I am willing to sell with it. |
