
| Dealership Problems Posted by Derek on December 11, 2000 at 15:43:26: I’m having a problem with my 2000 Disco II and the Land Rover dealership I bought it from. I have had a serious mechanical problem for 30k miles now and it’s still unresolved. They have known about this problem since the day I drove it off the lot and in my opinion have flat out refused to resolve it by not returning phone calls and by not fixing it properly when it is in for service. I’m at the point where I want to call them and tell them to come pick it up, bring me a loaner and don’t return mine until it’s fixed. I love this vehicle and I love the Rover brand. I want to stay a loyal Land Rover owner. But this problem is pushing my patience to the limit. Any helpful hints on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated. Derek
