You will not notice much difference in ride quality from 16" to 18" wheels on the Range Rover.
If you purchase the 18" wheels from the dealer they will have the same rolling diameter as the 16" because of the difference in sidewall height.
Why don't you as if you can drive a Range Rover at the dealership with 18" wheels before you purchase them to decide?
