You wrote that a 4 speed is slower than a 5 speed. I am going to look at a 2.5 n/a Diesel soon how slow is this vehicle ? What diesel motor can be fitted int a defender 90? I have read about a Chevy 6.2 conversion but think that this is a horrible choice due to the weight off this monster moter. I am in Canada so a 200tdi or 300tdi is not available.
