1994-97 Defender '90 & California Emissions Standards Posted by Chris on June 04, 1998 at 21:40:19: This is a ? for someone who has knowledge of the California Emissions Standards: if one were to but a used Defender '90 from outside of California and bring it into CA, would the normal Defender '90 ( as originally produced ) be able to pass the CA Emissions Standards or would one have to upgarde? Any info is much appreciated!
