When you say Canaries and farming it begs the question what type of terrain and how heavy the farming! I have KAM locking diffs and strengthened half shafts on my Defender 90 (NAS 90) and talking with Kevin at KAM diffs he sells a lot of parts to the Maltese who do a lot of rock crawling with their vehicles and a lot of half shaft breaking! Not been to the Canaries (once applied for a job at the telescope) but I guess you are probably on rocky terrain and your requirements maybe along the lines of heavy duty transmission if you are carrying heavy loads. Longer wheelbase (D110 / D130) and perhaps not Series might be answer? |
