Drive Train: Could be, believe it or not, worn tyres causing vibration/noise. Check wear pattern & pressures, rotate if need be. Other than that, high range gear in the transfer could be talking to you a bit, not uncommon.
Exhaust: RH box? Do you mean Cat? I could be... that pipe has come lose, or... it has come apart (donw pipe broken off flange) where header pipe bolts to manifold. Check that nuts are tight (13mm socket), then fire-up and check for leaks, may be broken. We re-weld a number of them a year. MG
