SIII 2.5 Diesel engine conversion

I currently have a 2.25 diesel LWB, and am considering puting a
2.5 non-turbo Land Rover diesel engine in it (the 2.25 is completely
knackered). I know of the whereabouts of such an engine, but would
appreciate advice that anyone could offer me as to what is involved
with such a conversion. Particularly what, if any, modifications will
be needed, and how to go about them, which clutch to use, etc, etc. Hope someone out there can help. Thanks.
