The Anniversary issue (June 98) has a couple of pictures of the new Discovery on page 15.
The rear section has been stretched a few inches, it has a new grille, and the taillights have been repositioned higher.
According to the article, it will have Range Rover Air suspension in the rear, Freelanders Hill Descent system, and a modified version of the Rover V8, or a 5 cylinder diesel.
The article does not say anithing about avalability in the US, and it also states that there will be an all new Discovery in 2001.
