Guess you're on the hook then to fix it, regardless of cost. ABS system is good, sensors may/may not be all bad... have to down load/read codes. $1400. is a bit pricey though, being the sensors are too pricey. Try pushing them all the way in (so the air gap is correct).... be careful.
