I Am 6'5" tall and am looking to buy a SIII landrover but I know very little about the different options that are available. I am looking for a 1974 model as that was the year I was born but other than that my thoughts are as follows :-
LWB Diesel Stationwagon (if that means two rows of seats and 5 doors including the boot). I will be using the vehicle as my main mode of transport.
I enjoy Fishing so the off road capabilities are an attraction, but I am also a Cub Scout Leader so seating capacity and medium to long distance towing of caravan/trailers is also a consideration.
What addons should I be looking for as to start with anyway offroading will not be a serious activity for maybe the first year.
