Don't forget in UK we drive on the correct side of the road and you will need to change your headlamps or use stick-on labels to prevent dazzling oncoming vehicles.
Indicators in UK are amber coloured, yours maybe red for USA?
Side light repeaters (side of vehicle) if fitted maybe in wrong position for UK?
We also have high intensity rear fog lamps (24 watt) at rear of vehicle linked to dipped beam only, in UK (statutory use regs).
All of these items easily done when you arrive in UK by LR dealer.
