series 111 gearbox/clutch

I intend to remove the gearbox from my series hybrid as the bearings require replacing due to
a loud whine in 1st 2nd 3rd not 4th also to replace the clutch at the same time:
1.Are then any pitfalls to watch out for or any tips to assist in my first major job on the vehicle
since buying it...The gearbox was brand new when installed and fluid levels always checked, the
bearings on the layshaft are my intended target but it expect to replace the mains also.
2. Which clutch would anyone suggest either L/R or aftermarket such as Borg-Beck.
