| Where to get new tailgate handle?????? Posted by gr on December 29, 1999 at 09:49:09: The rubber piece that fits around the key lock in my upper tailgate handle on my '90 RR keeps breaking. I've glued it several times, which works for a few weeks but then breaks again. As a result of taking the handle off several times to fix this problem (as well as trying to find replacement screws because the original ones were corroded beyond use) the tailgate handle is loose now, too. The long and short of it is that I need to replace the handle, including the rubber piece around the key fitting. Does anyone know where to get one at a decent price? If I replace it with one taken off a newer model RR will my key fitting work with the new handle and will the screw holes line up with the ones on my tailgate? Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
