Moreover I observe that last night on TV (Brisbane) a care drive did exactly as you suggest and ran over a cyclist after chasing her up the medium strip. The report said her husband who was also riding with her at the time had a prior altercation with the car driver. I pesume the car driver drove his Disco home and got out his old holden sedan and went back to execute the manouver you suggest......serious though he really did run the lady down.... Oh well thanks for seeing the light heated side of this and not reverting to Green Peace crap about ozone, CO and NO2 etc...
