watch out for the ' must have a service record/ main dealer record/ regular intervals ' clauses
any excluded cover ie no off-roading !!, no drive train, one claim and warranty must be renewed.

Best cover is the Land Rover cover if you can get it ( not selling ! )
I have an extended warranty and have made good use of it so far. Bea in mind most major prolems should have been dealt with after a few years and or you should be aware of all the recalls/ problems that arise and check them out before purchase. eg. main spline wear. cambelt premature failure etc. This forum is ideal for picking up specific 'to watch for' as are the two newsgroups 4x4 and landrover.
