I apologize if this information has already been discussed in detail, but I'd like some updated information. With all that has been said about the Land Rover Discovery, there is little doubt that they require more than an average amount of maintenance. I'm considering a 95-97 model, and am evaluating the merits of purchasing an extended warranty. I've heard of a couple out there, Warranty Gold and another that I can't think of right now. Are there any others? Does anyone have any personal experience with them, positive of negative? Are they necessary, or an unneeded insurance policy? I'd appreciate as much feedback as I can get. Thanks!
