Age old problem with what amounts to hand built Defenders; mine is two years old and has leaked for all that time. I first thought it was the vent flaps, but when I looked behind they were secure and the water was entering higher up. I sealed the door seals with mastic which stopped one side but not the drivers side. I have posted a few messages and some people reckon it could be the alpine lights if you have them.
