Series II and IIA are NOT the same engine in a number of respects, the following items are different: Block, Crank, Main Bearings, Rods, Big-End Bearings, Cam face plate, Head, etc.

Rear Main Bearing, II: #523326 STD, #523327 .010", #523328 .020", #523329 .030" and #523330 .040" NOTE: Locating pin on bearing shell is in different location when compare to IIA/III engines.

Main Bearing, Frt & Cntr, II: #523321 STD, #523322 .010", #523323 .020", #523324 .030" and #523325 .040"

T/Washer, Crank, II: #523331 .0025", #523333 .005", #523334 .0075", #523335 .010"

Big-End Bearing, II: #523336 STD, #523337 .010", #523338 .020", #523339 .030", #523340 .040"

NONE of the ABOVE items will interchange with each other (II verse IIA/III). We have in the past fitted IIA/III Crank and rods into a Series II... but you'd still need Series II Main Bearings.

SERIES IIA/III 3-main engine...
Main Bearing set: #533979 STD(RTC1720/STD)
Big-End Bearing set: #524151 STD (RTC1721/STD)

or try Dunsfold 01144 1483 200567, FAX 01144 1483 200738

PS: Doubt they'll be cheap!
