All UK liscense plates are the same(Scotland, Wales, Britain). The only difference is the wording on the plate itself from where it originated. If a vehicle originated from a dealer in Scottland and the plates were never replaced because of breakage they would still have the dealers name on them. Your best bets might be to contact a breaker(read junkyard) in Scotland and see if it is possible for them to supply one. The other options would be to try some of the on line UK sites that deal in registrations for sale. You might even try the uk-lro digest. Good luck
