It is more than likely that you will be unable to find 16" steel wheels with the right offset straight off the shelf. In Oz it's impossible to even find an aftermarket steel wheel that'll fit let alone with the right offset. The easiest solution is to do what I did for my 110. Get yourself a set of steel Discovery wheels. What you want is the centres. Take the lot to a wheel builder then get them to weld on a new 16x7 or 16x8 rim to the required offset. My wheel builder in Sydney bought the rims off the shelf (they also had brand new Disco centres as well - so easy!). I'm now running rather good looking 16x7 wheels powdercoated charcoal and clear with 265/75R16 BFG All Terrains. Correct offset and no fouling. And they fill the guards rather nicely. All up cost for the wheels was Oz$1000 so roughly double what I would've paid for off the shelf white wheels had they been available.
Good luck
