I have just put my restored engine together.It is a series 2A 4 cylinder 1968 8:1 engine.For some reason ,
the valves at the #1 cylinder won't even move. Since I have just rebuilt the bloody thing
I don't know what to do about it. I may be a seized tappet or
a worn out camshaft.Is this a normal thing to happen?

Any suggestions as to what I can do about this would be appreciated.
