FAILED INSPECTION Posted by TED on January 02, 1998 at 13:51:06: I have an 89 Rover. It just failed inspection. They said that the catalytic converter has a hole in it. The rear axel also lost a seal they are saying around 1500 to get it passed. It has around 200,000 miles needs some minor work. is it worth fixing or should I trade it in for a new sports utility viechle. New Rovers are way out of my price range.
