I've had the same "check engine" light problem. The dealer (I don't trust him as far as I can throw him) told me I need a new fuel pump and oxygen sensor. I started using 92+ octane gas, and the problem went away. The dealer had previously told me to use only 89 octane gas, and that's when the problem started. Pretty sneaky, as the parts and labor I didn't need totalled over $1200. The moral of the story: NEVER trust the dealer. Find yourself a private mechanic who owns a LRover.
