Air-Compressor

my question is if anyone has fitted a air compressor in a land rover
110 defender 300 tdi so that you have compressed air to blow up the tyres and so on.. first of all please excuse my english
i try to explain the problem.
im searching for an air compressor which will fit on a 300tdi engine on the place wherer the clima compressor is
at the left side on top of the 300tdi engine (when you stand in front of it)
but how can i lubricate the compressor (it should be lubricated with the engine so could the oil circulation at a 300 tdi modificated that it would lubricate a copressor like the turbo)
and the next problem is how could it be engaged cause the compressor should only run when i need him so could anybody help me to solve this problem ??
or has anybody another idea to solve the problem ?? thank you very much
