2002 Defenders??? Posted by Kristian on September 08, 1999 at 16:42:03: I know this issue kinda gets beat to death, but I was wondering if anyone has any definitive information on the future import of Defenders to US shores. Someone on the D-90 listserv mentioned it a few days ago and seemed to think that it was a reality. My dealer is, as usual, tied liped about it. I know LR is developing a new "Defender Like" vehicle. Is this the replacement?, will it come to the US, will it be a watered down version (with seat warmers)? You can mail me privately if you don't want to start a big thread. Thanks
