greetings from los angeles, when you change front change timing chain and gears. most transmission shops can remove your transmision and replace rear seal, i have done it with motor in just need to support it, chian and hook.very stright forward and i have always said nothing complicated with land rover find good truck mechanic, heavy duty, most old guys have knowledge. happy motoring
