I have a rather profuse oil leak on my 2.25 ltr. engine. the engine is a somewhat fresh rebuild, with app. 15000 miles since but, there is oil running down along the flywheel housing originating somewhere just beyond the camshaft cover on the passenger side. it runs down right where the engine block meets the flywheel housing. I've eliminated the possibility of a cam cover leak, a valve cover leak and the origin of the oil is above the rear mainseal, although I do get oil from the flywheel drain hole but not as much. Has any one out there delt with this problem? Any suggestions as to what may be the cause and procedure for the cure. As far as I can see, I think I may need to pull the engine to gain access to the cause.
