I read a while ago on how to fix that problem. with the door top off, cut a small notch on the inside of the securing boltright near the window frame.Then bend the bottom of the bolt slightly inward. This will cause the top of the frame to lean in. When the door is closed, it will keep a canstant pressure against the upper seal.
