Well, that's the most unintelligent statement i have heard in a long time. If you want a nice reliable, rust-free sport utility vehicle to run the kids to the mall, or ride up the mountain to a ski resort, fine, then you should buy a Mercedes M-class, a Toyota 4-runner, Jeep Cherokee, or Nissan Pathfinder. they will all do a wonderful job, be comfy to ride, and have reasonable to gvery good on-road handling. BUT, that's not why you buy a Land Rover. Totally different concept and reson for existence. How many times do I have to say this The Disco and Defender are made as OFF-ROAD vehicles, rugged, solid, durable. Some can be unreliable, but most are as reliable as a Toyota. I know, I have many friends who have owned them for years. Got it! If you don't like Land Rovers, what the heck are you doing here?
