The only real complaints that Discos seem to have is with the steering box, which is prone to leaking. Not a problem as long as all the fluids are kept topped up. I have heard you can get the problem sorted out under warranty without much hassle. All other major components on Discos are very long lasting. A regular oil change is very important to avoid any further problems. Some owners get niggled about the odd electrical failure or bad fitting plastic component, but a trip to a good dealer will put that right under warranty.
