I broke a rear axle, have removed them and so she is running on only the front drive till new axles arrive. With the rear axles removed there is a bang and the drive dis-engages for a split second. I thought I had the problem solved when I found a free wheeling hub not functioning properly. I jurry-rigged a repair for the hub but it still happens although very infrequently. Can anything in the gearbox slip and then catch. A broken shaft or gear slipping on a shaft or???
