Time to trade cars? Seriously, go back to the dealer and fuss a little. The problem obviously started before your warranty expired. Call LRNA Owner Care Line at 800-637-6837 and explain the problem to them.
They have helped me out several times. This dash curling is such a common problem that our dealer (LandRover Richmond) actually spotted ours and pointed it out to us. Good Luck.
