It is a WARN winch which is one of the better brands on the market. The installation comes with a new bumber and also requires the brush guard made for the winch. Also comes with a pretty cool accessory pack that includes most of the stuff necessary to get unstuck. Fit and finish very good. Because it is a factory part installed by a dealer, all the warranty stuff applies which given some of the comments I have recently be reading, is a very good thing. My winch has worked very well and has gotten me out of places I probably had no business being in the first place. There are some things you have to be careful about such as pre-stretching the wire and making sure the motor does not over heat, however, this is the same for all electric winches. Overall, I am quite content with it. One word of caution, make sure your dealer has installed one before your's. Mine was the first for my dealer and words can not describe the hassle involved.
