Discovery 1995 problem starting,when i go to start it the engine's
RPMs stay low , i must step on gas pedal to bring it to it normal
RPM , When Disco is running and i shut it off and go back and start
in 5mins it starts normal, but if its not running for over 20mins the same problem must step on gas pedal to bring engine RPM to normal
