Sounds to me like 5 or 4.
7. Is the mixture OK at idle?
8. I had a similar problem with a Solex. I tried everything and eventually bought a new carby!! Mine was just like yours - all black smoke and no power. Suggest you put some upper cylinder lubricant in fuel to make sure valve guides get oiled after such a long "rest".
Also If the carby was left with fuel in it, there may be residues which are causing problems. Email me if I can help further. Michael
