There are a couple of possiblities. 1. the truck was rebuilt using the late IIA components. 2. the truck is a late IIA titled slightly off. this is not uncommon here in the US as some dealers would title the vehicle the year it sold rather than manufactured. mostly I encountered this with the II-IIA break. does it have the padded dash? if it does I'd say someone just changed the grille.
