Your motor and transmission will go straight in. You will have to change the ignition wiring a bit, because the diesel didn't have Ignition. and you can simplify the fuel lines a bit because you won't need a return line.

I'm not sure if the motor will bolt straight to the diesel bellhousing, this is why I said to include your gearbox as well, you might not have to.
