What size tire are you unable to find? What make, type or tread pattern can you not find?

If you are trying to match a tire that is already on the vehicle, please know that many of the bias ply tires that were popular when your LR was new, simply aren't made anymore and haven't been for many years. There are similar tires made by obscure manufacturers that are close but you might have to get them by mail order from some distance away. Other tires from popular manufacturers simply aren't sold into the local market.
