| Electrical and horn nightmare!!! Posted by Fran on December 19, 2007 at 22:19:43: We have a DiscoII 2000. When it is wet outside the horn will arbitrarily start going. If you are driving and take your foot off the accelerator the horn will start to go. If you are at a stop the only way to prevent this is to put your truck in nuetral,press the brake and the gas to rev the engine. It seems to directly correspond to engine revolutions. As the engine slows the horn goes. Also the interior roof lights come on and go off spontaneously. No rhyme or reason. No pattern. The emergency brake light goes on and off. No brake is applied. The hill decent light comes on and off, once again no rhyme or reason or pattern. Help!! Anyone else have these gremlins?
