Problem strating Serie IIa (fuel pump)

Hi,
my Serie IIa never start since 3 years. I have tried to start it and I have little problem. It starts 10 secconds when I put gaz directly inside the carburator. It seem no gaz come from the gaz tank. I have probably a problem with the fuel pump. What can be the problem with the fuel pump in this situation ( a vehicul who never start since many years)
