no ignition help dead in the water

i have a 1990 landrover rangerover had a bad break
switch so i removed lower panel to get at it was verry careful when i removed it.Removed the switch put panel back
in place turned on ignition switch no warning lites came on
turned it to start no start.Checked all fusess were good.horn works lites in shifter lever works cigar liter works horn works have any ideas? im dead in the water or
drive way.Also you can here the solenoids in the cubby
just behind the shifter clicking when i move the key to start position.Need the truck its my work truck help!!!!
