What is the correct routing for the clips and insulator bushings that hold the fuel line, vac lines, etc that attach to the 3 valve cover studs?

Position 1 (front) there is nothing attached but a clip resides there.
Position 2 (middle) I have the metal vac advance line in the clip.
Position 3 (rear) I have the plastic fuel line in the clip.

Q#1 Does the coil wire mount in one of these positions?
Q#2 I have an unused clip/insulator in my parts box. Is this used somewhere?
