Yes, this is a scam. Folks like this have been lurking around online classified sites for years. This guy has been tracked to Nigeria, but that is about it. These folks are very hard to pin-point. It is up to users to trade carefully. If anyone suspects a scam, I am more than happy to help out. Guys be careful!!!
