All used cars are money pits, that's why they are called USED cars. The only problem with the 94- 5-speed is that some MORON in UK didn't think and thus made no way to lube the INPUT GEAR in the T/C, which can and well ruin the splines on the mainshaft of the 5-speed and the inside of the gear. See TECHNICAL bulletin on my site about it. Only fix it to reove gearbox and replace Mainshaft then fit new up-dted gear (which has 4 holes in it, the you MUST increase the oil level by a pint)
