Does anyone know anything about using studded tires on a Range Rover?
I have an '89 and live in a back road area in northern Virginia where
traction on ice is sometimes critical. Chains are impractical, and
I've had good experience with studs on 2WD other cars. I can get 4 to fit
(Sumatomo studded snowtreads 225/75-16), they are legal in Virginia,
but some people tell me they're no good on 4WD. If you don't know,
could you refer me to someone or some other web site who might?
