GET VAPOR LOCK out of your head. IT CAN NOT HAPPEN ON AN EFI Rover engine, PERIOD! Why would you replace all thees parts for no reason? It has done nothing to fix the car. Find what is wrong... if you can't, seek professional help. and/or find new mechanic!
