Sounds like you may have a blown cylinder head gasket, the most likely culprit. Have a pressure test done on the radiator. Also check oil for water, and water for oil. If it is the CHG you'll need to pull the head, have it skimmed and reinstalled with a new gasket.

Unlikely a cracked block or head, but not impossible. Take it somewhere reliable that knows LRs to get it checked out.
