After looking at the forum entries I realize my problem is not unique in that I have a HT lead that is arcing and must be replaced. The car is a fully equipped US spec model.

My question is how do you disconnect the HT leads from the coil that is mounted on the back of the engine. Is there a special tool? I can't see how anyone can get their hand into that area to disconnect the leads.
I looked at the manual refering removing the coils and it lists removing the upper intake manifold to gain access. It doesn't show a procedure for remove just the wires, but I can't beleive they would require you to remove that much equipment just to change spark plug wires.
