| 2002 Freelander Posted by Kat on October 10, 2005 at 12:56:23: Hi, I just bought a 2002 Freelander from a non-Land Rover dealer last week. It has 33,000 miles and still under the bumper to bumper warranty. The service engine soon light came on and I took it to Land Rover to have it looked at. They found a cracked manifold and replaced it. No problem, then just yesterday the service engine light came on again and I just dropped it off to Land Rover this morning. Haven't heard back from them yet. I am concerned that I've already had to take it back twice - should I be worried that this is happening already? I love the car and very pleased with it. When I bought this car I didn't think I was going to have to go through this so soon... Any thoughts and experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, |
